Our items are works of art; therefore to
assure delivery we are mainly shipping through UPPS, UPS or Federal
Express, depending on the location. Many items will ship
directly from the artisan so that each piece of art is assured the
best possible care with minimal handling. Currently, our
standard option for shipment is 10-20 days from the confirmed
order. Items not in inventory may require the artisan to
custom-make a piece, in which cases items will be shipped 20-31 days
from the confirmed order. All orders will be confirmed
via e-mail within 24 hours of receipt for availability and shipping
dates in addition to the credit card transaction
confirmation.
If an item
is an original and is not in inventory, how can you assure that
the piece of art is going to be exactly the same as in the
picture? Top
Our unique value to you as a customer is
to offer an original piece of artwork. Since the artists make
each piece by hand, no two pieces will ever be exactly
the same. In general, they will follow the same shape, theme,
colors but variations will exist. Plus, each item comes with a
certificate of authenticity!
We'll confirm your
options before processing the order. We'll confirm the
availability of each one-of-a-kind piece upon 24-hours of receiving
an order. Please make sure that you read the comments on each
item before ordering.
What are your shipping

To make shipping fair and simple, we
calculate the shipping fee based on the size and weight of the items
you are ordering. They are then categorized in three
sizes: small, medium and large. We then
apply the appropriate shipping and handling estimated costs.

Yes, we do! Shipping charges and
estimated delivery times will appear on the order
confirmation. In some cases, it may take longer than shipments

availability and how does it affect

Most items are either
already in inventory or will be hand-made upon a confirmed
order. Once the order is placed, a notification will be sent
via e-mail to customers confirming availability. If the items
need to be made, an estimated delivery date will be provided with
the order confirmation.
Do you combine
orders and shipping charges? Top
Many of our items are made and shipped
directly from our different artists. We do not combine shipments
unless the item is from the same source.

In order to better care for these unique
works of arts, we have a one-time handling policy. Most items
do not ship from a warehouse, but directly from the artisan's
studio, regardless of location.

an item in its original condition for credit or full refund as long
as the item is returned within 3 days of receipt. You must
include a copy of the shipping invoice and you must speak with our

will be shipped with a Certificate of Authenticity and a short story
explaining the origin and cultural significance of the piece.
This will provide the owner with a permanent record of the
cultural background of the piece as well as its

Yes, our back-end its a bit slow.
It does work well, however. Our supplier, IBM and their
partners have a world-class and award winning service for us.
Since we have a great selection of artwork, at this point, they
cannot make it faster. Please be patient, or just call us to
place your order by phone.
